I would say the number one thing I value across Luza are the people. Not only are they incredibly talented and capable people (for whom I am already learning a lot!), but they have been very welcoming immediately towards me, and it is a real pleasure working on projects with everyone so far.

What I most value in a company are the people, the projects and good software development. Luza currently has all that, the people here are amazing, honest and always available to meet our needs, no matter what. In terms of projects, I joined an extremely demanding project in which I could put my developer and architect skills to the test and learn new ways to create a high-quality product with a good development structure and with quality code.

Before joining Luza, I had experience working in both small and large companies. Each had its advantages and disadvantages, but I ultimately decided that my next company should be small. I enjoy the comfort of being able to speak with everyone without the bureaucracy that comes with larger organizations. Luza presented me with a very interesting project, unlike anything I had worked on before. From the start, I had a great experience, and I knew that if an offer was ever on the table, I would have to seriously consider it.

I was looking for something to push me out of my comfort zone, away from basic projects with no innovation, and Luza was the key to achieving that. They provided me with ample space for individual growth through certifications and studies, as well as the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovations from Microsoft. This contributes to our continuous growth and ensures we are always up-to-date.

Luza came into my life at a time of great need. I believe that here I will be able to elevate my technical skills to another level. I value companies that prioritize networking and offer great opportunities for the growth of their human resources.

Luza came into my life after I decided to come back to Portugal after two years in the Netherlands. When I started searching for jobs and having interviews Luza seemed the ideal place to restart my life in Portugal. A modern workplace with young people and a clear target for growth inside the Microsoft world.

More than the job opportunity I got fascinated by the passion that Rita and Nelson demonstrated when talking about their brand-new challenge. The idea of working so close with each other on a start-up and having the ability to grow not only professionally, but also personally really got into my mind and I instantly knew that after our call I had to say yes to this opportunity.
