Interview with Ana Coelho

How did Luza come into your life and why did you choose to develop your career with us?

Luza came into my life at a time when I was looking for new challenges aligned with my values and a more human, collaborative work culture. From the very first contact, I felt there was something special in the way the company treats people — and that made all the difference in my decision. I also had great references that confirmed this was the right place to grow.

What do you most value in the company and how do you expect to contribute to joint growth? What qualities stand out in you?

I really value the environment of trust, respect and responsible freedom. I would highlight my active listening, empathy, solution-oriented mindset, and team spirit. I’m eager to grow, keep learning, and stay up to date with the latest technologies. My enthusiasm for learning is part of everything I do — and I believe that’s reflected in how I contribute to the team.

What is your opinion about remote work and why do you think it is a good option?

I see remote work as a great opportunity to promote work-life balance and create more inclusive environments. It allows for greater autonomy and focus, without losing the connection with the team — as long as communication is strong.

What are your main functions and skills?

I’m a consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform area. I work with technologies like JavaScript, C#, Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and the .NET Framework. More recently, I’ve also been expanding my interest and expertise in Artificial Intelligence — an area I’m excited to keep developing.

What project are you involved in and what do you do?

I’m part of the Managed Services team, where I work directly with the clients. This is a recent service at Luza, and I was trusted to help set it up. My role involves providing both technical and functional support for Microsoft applications, ensuring continuity, performance, and ongoing improvements.

Where do you live and what do you like to do in your free time? Is there any curiosity about you?

I live in Viseu. In my free time, I enjoy sports, being in nature, and going to the beach whenever I can. Fun fact: I have two degrees — one in Physiotherapy and another in IT. I started in healthcare, but technology ended up winning my heart!

What do you expect from the future?

I hope to continue learning and growing both personally and professionally, especially by exploring new developments in Dynamics 365 and Artificial Intelligence. I'm motivated by challenges and believe that stepping out of my comfort zone is key to evolving. My goal is to contribute with impact, help the team grow, and be part of meaningful, future-focused projects here at Luza.
