I wished to be part of this project from our very first conversation. I truly appreciated Nelson and Rita's vision for Luza. Through them, I could see that joy, respect for the employees, openness, the pursuit of excellence, all while caring about the individual, were things that truly captivated me.

The experience of working at Luza has been great. There is a genuine concern about whether we are doing well, if we have the necessary resources to develop ourselves professionally and personally. One of the things that I liked the most when I started working here was discovering that we could dedicate one day per month to do solidarity work. This kind of initiative shows me that I made the right decision to join Luza.

More than the job opportunity I got fascinated by the passion that Rita and Nelson demonstrated when talking about their brand-new challenge. The idea of working so close with each other on a start-up and having the ability to grow not only professionally, but also personally really got into my mind and I instantly knew that after our call I had to say yes to this opportunity.
