Growing Up Also Means Growing Others

...

Now we can finally welcome an intern.

It may sound like a small step, but for us it is not. We needed to feel consolidated before taking it.

As we enter our fourth year of activity, Luza is in a different phase. More mature, more confident and, above all, more aware of the impact we can have on the people who pass through our doors.

It is within this context that we decided to welcome an intern. Not because “it looks good”, but because it makes sense. It makes sense to open space for someone who is just starting out, someone who brings curiosity, energy and plenty of questions, and sometimes even different answers from ours.

An Internship That Truly Matters

Our intention is not for this internship to become just another line on a résumé. We want it to be a real experience, with meaningful challenges, concrete projects and space to make mistakes, learn and grow. Everything that school cannot fully teach, but that everyday company life inevitably does.

Here, the intern is not just here to “observe”. He is here to be part of the team, to experiment, to test ideas, and to put into practice everything he has learned so far.

New Energy, Collective Impact

Whenever someone new joins, they bring fresh energy: more curiosity, more willingness to learn and often new ways of looking at problems. And that is good. Very good.

That is why this intern does not belong only to his mentor or department. He belongs to the whole team. We want our younger colleagues at Luza to support him, challenge him and involve him. To share knowledge, ask questions together and learn from one another.

Because in the end, we grow more when we grow together.

Welcoming an intern at this stage of Luza’s journey is a sign that we are thinking long term. We are building a company, yes, but we are also helping shape people. And we truly believe that one cannot exist without the other.

This is how we want to continue: creating space to learn, to make mistakes, to share and to evolve. Together.
