Interview with Paulo Silva

How did Luza come into your life and why did you choose us to develop your career?

Luza came into my life at a time when I was actively searching for a new challenge that would allow me to expand my expertise in the Power Platform and increasingly involve myself in AI solutions. AI was an area I was especially motivated to grow in, and Luza’s strong focus on innovation and future-oriented technologies made it the ideal place to continue my professional development while working on meaningful and challenging projects.

What do you most value in the company and how do you expect to contribute to joint growth? What qualities stand out in you?

What I value most at Luza is the culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning. There’s a real openness to share knowledge and improve together. I expect to contribute by delivering high-quality solutions, helping optimize processes through the Power Platform, and supporting team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices. Some qualities that stand out in me are adaptability, problem-solving, a strong sense of responsibility, and a constant desire to learn and improve.

What is your opinion about remote work and why do you think it is a good option?

I believe remote work is a very positive model when it’s well managed. It allows for better work-life balance, increased focus, and access to diverse talent regardless of location. For me, remote work increases productivity and motivation, while also promoting autonomy.

What are your main functions and skills?

I work as a Power Platform Consultant, focusing on designing and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. More recently, I’ve started working with Copilot Studio, developing intelligent conversational experiences. My main skills include process automation, solution architecture, integration with Microsoft ecosystems, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

What project are you involved in and what do you do?

I’m currently involved in projects focused on digital transformation, where I help automate workflows, build low-code applications, and develop copilots to improve efficiency and user experience. My role involves understanding business requirements, proposing scalable solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation.

Where do you live and what do you like to do in your free time? Is there any curiosity about you?

I live in Porto, Portugal. In my free time, I go to the gym regularly, enjoy traveling, and discovering new places and cultures. I also like to stay active and maintain a healthy routine. A curiosity about me is that I enjoy balancing a very technical professional life with activities that help me disconnect and recharge, which keeps me motivated and focused.

What do you expect from the future?

I expect a future of continuous learning and growth, both professionally and personally. I want to deepen my expertise in the Power Platform and Copilot Studio, take on more complex challenges, and continue contributing to innovative projects that create real value for clients.
