Interview with Pedro Pinto

How did Luza come into your life, and why did you choose to develop your career with us?

I first got to know Luza during the recruitment process, and it immediately seemed like a company with a mindset very similar to mine. So far, even in my short experience, it has matched my expectations. It also felt like a great opportunity for my professional growth in areas where I already have some experience but want to deepen my knowledge.

What do you value most in the company, and how do you expect to contribute to our shared growth? What qualities stand out in you?

Transparency is probably what I value the most. As for me, you can expect a committed team member who is always eager to learn and do more. I believe that mindset will help the company achieve its goals.

What’s your opinion on remote work, and why do you think it’s a good option? 

I believe remote work offers the flexibility to maintain a better work-life balance, without wasting time commuting. On the other hand, meeting in the office every now and then is also great, as it helps strengthen relationships beyond what’s possible “just over Teams.”

What are your main functions and skills?

I provide support and problem resolution in Dynamics. Beyond the technical side, I’d say my strengths are solving complex problems with simple solutions and staying calm under pressure.

What project are you currently working on, and what’s your role in it?

I work as a Dynamics consultant for Tinx-it, supporting clients with issues related to the Tinx connectors.

Where do you live, and what do you like to do in your free time? Any fun facts about you?

I live in Santo Tirso (and always have!). In my free time, I enjoy playing board games with friends and padel.

What do you expect from the future?

Professionally, I hope to keep developing my skills and move on to larger, more challenging projects. Personally, I’m planning to buy a house this year, and I’m getting married next year!

Yes, definitely. In just over a month, I’ve already had the chance to meet almost all my colleagues, and I felt very welcomed. There’s a calm, positive atmosphere here. Also, Rute is always available to help, and Nelson and Rita have been very kind and attentive with every question I’ve had.
